摘要
国内新建的 5 0 0kV变电所 ,二次设备下放到高压开关场 ,变电所计算机监控系统采用按站级控制层、间隔控制层分散布置 ,其供电方式相应按小室独立供电。站级控制层由不同母线引入 2路交流电源 ,经隔离变至UPS后输出单相三线电源至各用电设备。间隔层设备多采用直流供电 ,将直流电压调制成交流电压后 ,输出单相三线电源。为确保供电电源质量 ,防止瞬态过电压及外界干扰 ,采用屏蔽、隔离、滤波、避雷。
For the new built 500 kV substations in China their secondary equipment is transferred to the HV switchgear yard.For the computer monitor system at the substations the distributed arrangement of the station control level and compartment control level is adopted,whose power supply mode is based on independent cabinet power supply.The station control level is led 2-circuit AC power supply through different buses,through isolating transformer to UPS with single-phase з-line power output to eath user.The equipment at the isolating level mostly uses DC power,DC voltage is modulated into AC voltage with single-phase 3-line power output.In order to ensure the quality of power supply and prevent from transient over voltage and external interference the measures including shielding,isolating,filtering,lightning arresting and installation of surge absorber,etc.will be taken.
