摘要
为了减少复合绝缘子脆断而采用耐酸芯棒 ,耐酸芯棒是由无捻直接粗纱纤维浸渍起着粘合、保护纤维作用的树脂经模具拉挤固化而成型的。通过分析论证无捻直接粗纱的特点和树脂的防护性能 ,认为采用无捻直接粗纱纤维拉制的芯棒和提高芯棒纤维间树脂的固化度 ,可以避免酸介质进入棒内腐蚀纤维 ,保证耐酸芯棒性能的稳定性。
The acid-resistant core bar is applied to reduce the brittle fracture of the compound insulators. The acid-resistant core bar is composed of twistless thin yarn fiber, which is immersed in resin functioning as binding and protecting the fiber, then it is drawn and solidified by the mould for forming. After analysis and demonstration of the features of the twistless thin yarn fiber and protective property of the resin, application of the twistless thin yarn fiber drawn core bar and increase of the solidification of the resin between the core bar fibers can prevent the acid medium from entering into the bar to corrode the fiber and guarantee the stability of the acid-resistant core bar property. The conclusion is that the core bar bearing relatively long-term large load will have less effect on the resin protective property.
