摘要
指出调节纵扭振动谐振频率一致 (这一过程称为模态简并 )是提高纵扭复合型超声波电机输出力矩的关键。有限元方法计算得到的纵扭模态频率往往与实际存在着一定的误差 ,因此文中介绍了 3种较实用的纵扭模态简并方法 :调节定子有效截面系数α,调节转子高度以及采用缩颈结构调节配重质量 ,并结合实验研究分别对这 3种方案进行了评价。经模态简并后的纵扭复合型超声波电机原理性样机 ,最大输出扭矩已超过 4Nm。
In the paper, it is pointed out that longitudinal and torsional mode degeneracy is very important for this kind motor to improve the output torque. Sometimes there are some difference between longitudinal and torsional mode frequency values calculated by using finite element method and experimental values. Thus, three kinds of practical mode degeneracy method are introduced in this paper: adjusting efficient section coefficient α of the stator, modifying height of the rotor and regulating weight of matching block of dwindling the diameter structure. Through the theoretical and experimental research, the evaluation of three methods are given. After using these methods, now the output torque of the prototype motor is more than 4 Nm.
