从酒糟中提取复合氨基酸及微量元素 被引量:23

摘要 以工业硫酸水解酒糟蛋白质,用石灰乳中和除酸,提取复合氨基酸及微量元素。水解最佳条件:8N硫酸、110℃、20小时。氨基酸的生成率18.00%~23.00%,然后经氨基酸分析仪,测得17种氨基酸,其中包括7种人体必需氨基酸;经原子吸收分光光度计检测,检得铝、锌、锰、铁、镉、锡等无机元素。 Polyamino acids and trace elements were extracted by hydrolyzing distiller's grains with industrial sulphuric acid and neutralizing the acid with milk of lime.The most suitable hydrolysis conditions were 8N H_2 SO_4, 110℃,and 20 hrs.Amino acid yields varied in the of range.18.00%—23.00% Byanalyzing with amino acid analyzer, the hydrolysate contained 17 kinds of amino acids which included 7 kinds of essential amino acids, and some trace elements,such as, A1, Zn, Mn,Fe,Cu, Cd and Sn were found out also by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
