摘要 介绍超声波电机的发展概况 ,结构和运行原理 ,重点分析了纵扭复合型超声波电机的模态简并问题以及电机结构对谐振频率的影响 。 The article introduced general development, structure and operation principle of ultrasonic motor, analyzed modal matching of the longitudinal-torsional composite USM and the effect of structure of USM on resonance frequencies. At last, the general rules of the realizing modal matching by changing the structure of composite USM is sum up.
