摘要
根据超低速高精度伺服系统运行的特殊要求 ,文中对无槽无刷正弦波电机的数学模型、设计方法、关键技术等进行了分析探讨。研制的超低速高精度伺服系统实测结果表明 ,该电机具有良好的超低速稳定性和极小的转矩脉动 。
Based on special demands of super low speed high accuracy servo system, the thesis analyzes and explores the mathematical model, design method, key technology of brushless slotless sinusoidal motor. Testing results of the servo system developed by author show that the motor is of excellent low speed stability and pindling torque ripple, which entirely satisfys needs of the system.
