It is necessary for open area test site (OATS) to perform radiated emission measurement.This paper describes the main conditions of OATS,its structure features,the methods of measurements for normalized site attenuation (NSA)and antenna factor determination,and the requirements for OATS's auxiliary combining the concerned EMC standards with the writer's actual experience in building OATS.
