Direct extrusion is one of the developing tendencies of extrusion technology.On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of co rotating twin screw extrusion for mixing procedure,some key points about the equipment,technique,and mould of direct extrusion with a co rotating twin screw extruder are presented and discussed.
