摘要 在实验室考察了不同有机溶剂对FCC汽油抽提脱硫效果的影响 ,重点以环丁砜为溶剂 ,研究了溶剂比、抽提理论级数、水洗水量等参数对抽提脱硫效果的影响 ,确定适宜的操作条件为 :溶剂比 2 .5~ 3 .5,理论级数 5~ 7,水洗水量 (质量分数 )为 1 0 %~ 1 6%。并且在最优操作条件下进行了抽提试验。结果表明 ,在原料中硫含量不大于 1 3 0 0 μg/g,抽提级数为 7,溶剂比为 2 .75,溶剂含水量为 1 .0 % ,水洗水量为 1 6%的条件下可将抽余汽油中的硫含量脱至 3 0 0 μg/g以下 ,抽余汽油收率可达 80 %以上。 Desulfurization effect of FCC gasoline by solvent extraction was studied in the laboratory. Sulfolane was selected among various solvents and the influence of operating parameters, such as solvent/oil ratio, theoretical plate and washing water/oil ratio, on desulfurization was investigated. At an optimized condition of a solvent/oil ratio of 2.75, a theoretical plate of 7 and a washing water/oil ratio of 0.16, the sulfur content of the raffinate was reduced from 1 300 μg/g of the feedstock to 300 μg/g with a yield more than 80%.
