摘要
采用淤浆床连续反应工艺 ,在实验室对钛硅 1 (TS 1 )分子筛催化环己酮氨肟化制环己酮肟工艺的工艺参数进行了考察。结果表明 ,在以叔丁醇 水为溶剂 ,叔丁醇 /水体积比 2 .0~ 2 .8,氨 /环己酮摩尔比 1 .7~ 2 .7,过氧化氢 /环己酮摩尔比 1 .0 1~ 1 .1 0 ,常压 ,反应温度 75℃ ,反应停留时间70min左右 ,分子筛质量分数 2 %~ 3 %的工艺条件下 ,环己酮转化率可达 96% ,环己酮肟选择性大于 99%。
Cyclohexanone oxime was synthesized by ammoximation of cyclohexanone with ammonia and hydrogen peroxide over titanium silicalite 1 zeolite in a continuous operation lab slurry bed, and the operating conditions were investigated. The preferable parameter ranges were a solvent t butanol/water volume ratio of 2.0-2.8, an ammonia/cyclohexanone mole ratio of 1.7-2.7, and a hydrogen peroxide/cyclohexanone mole ratio of 1.01-1.10 at a reaction temperature of 75 ℃ and a residence time around 70min under atmospheric pressure. At the above conditions with a zeolite catalyst content of 2%-3%, the cyclohexanone conversion could reach 96% with cyclohexanone oxime selectivity higher than 99%.
