摘要
介绍了LVR 60渣油催化裂化催化剂在兰州炼化公司 1 .2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上工业应用的情况。结果表明 ,当LVR 60催化剂达到系统藏量 80 %后 ,可使重油掺炼比提高 4 .2 7个百分点 ,达到 4 5.79% ;在掺渣比上升的同时 ,油浆、干气产率明显下降 ,分别降低 0 .3 7个百分点和1 .86个百分点 ,(轻质油 +液化气 )收率上升 2 .83个百分点 ,具有可观的经济效益。
A resid FCC catalyst LVR 60 for processing more residual oil was commercially tested in a 1 200 kt/a resid FCCU in Lanzhou Refining & Chemical Company. In Comparison with using the original catalyst, the results showed that the residual oil/VGO ratio was up to 45.79% while the LVR 60 catalyst reached 80% of the inventory, which increased by 4.27%. The slurry and dry gas yields were obviously lower, which decreased by 0.37% and 1.86% respectively, and the light oil plus LPG yield increased by 2.83%. Thus, the benefit was significantly obtained.
