LS-971脱氧保护型硫磺回收催化剂的工业应用

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF LS-971 DEOXIDIZING PROTECTION CATALYST FOR SULFUR RECOVERY

LS 971催化剂是齐鲁石化公司研究院新开发的脱氧保护型硫磺回收催化剂 ,在胜利炼油厂两套 2 0kt/a硫磺回收平行装置中的一套进行工业应用试验 ,结果表明 :在与原先仅使用Al2 O3催化剂相比 ,相近工艺条件下 ,该催化剂具有高活性和脱氧保护Al2 O3催化剂的效能。在Ⅰ套装置第二反应器上部改装填LS 971催化剂后 ,与Ⅱ套装置两个反应器均装填LS 81 1Al2 O3催化剂相比 ,床层温升平均提高了 1 0℃ ,装置总硫转化率提高了 1 %左右。

LS 971 catalyst is a new deoxidizing protection catalyst developed by Research Institute of Qilu Petrochemical Company. The said catalyst application in one of the two parallel 20kt/a sulfur recovery units showed that it exhibited high activity and had the ability for deoxidizing, and therefore protecting the following alumina catalyst in comparison with the original used single alumina catalyst at similar processing conditions. LS 971 catalyst was loaded in the upper part of the second reactor over the alumina catalyst in No.1 unit, and the two reactors of No.2 unit were still loaded with LS 811 alumina catalyst only. The processing results of the two units showed that the bed temperature of the former was raised by 10 ℃ comparing with the latter, and the total sulfur conversion increased by about 1%.
