正己烷在几种不同分子筛上的氢转移反应 被引量:8

摘要 以正己烷为模型化合物 ,在接近工业FCC过程的反应温度下 ,在实验室考察了反应条件对氢转移反应活性的影响 ,并着重对几种有代表性的分子筛以及新开发的新型中孔材料MCM系列分子筛在催化裂化过程中的氢转移反应性能进行了对比研究。结果表明 ,分子筛的氢转移反应性能主要受其结构类型和硅铝摩尔比 (即酸性 )的影响 ,宽敞的孔道结构和高密度的酸性位有利于氢转移反应的进行。 Using n hexane as model compound, effects of reaction conditions and types of zeolite on hydrogen transfer reaction activity under FCC processing conditions were investigated. The comparison study of several representative zeolites and the newly developed MCM series meso pore zeolite was highlighted. The results showed that hydrogen transfer reaction performances of zeolites depended on the type of pore structure and acidity, spacious pore and high acid site density favored this reaction occurring.
