摘要
针对汽车制造厂发生的车身材料在工序间储存时产生黄斑的事实 ,研究了 0 8A1板材表面防护失效的原因 ,讨论了储存黄斑产生的机理和影响因素 ,指出百叶箱挂片试验比湿热试验更能模拟生产工艺条件 ,研究车身压延油必须重视油品黄斑生成倾向的研究。
According to the fact that yellow stain occurred on the surface of automobile body during storage period between working procedures in automobile factories, the failure reason in corrosion prevention for 08A1 steel plate was studied, and the mechanism of yellow stain forming and its influence factors were discussed. It was pointed out that suspended sheet test in thermometer screen was better than in wet heat system since the former simulated the plant production processing conditions better, the inclination of yellow stain forming should be paid attention to in the process of researching rolling oil.
