摘要
2250kN海洋修井机是南阳石油机械厂研制的我国第一台最大载荷能力的修井机。为优化 2250kN海洋修井机的气控系统设计,在吸取国内现有海洋修井机及陆地修井机气控系统设计经验的基础上,创新应用联动控制与多点控制方法,实现了双发动机启动、油门、熄火及换挡控制,设计了新颖的气源产生及处理系统、天车防碰系统、辅助刹车、紧急刹车及转盘刹车,确保了工作的可靠性与安全性。此气控系统已成功应用于ZJ30型3000m车装钻机的绞车气控部分。
To optimize the design of the air control system of 2250kN marine workover rig, gang control and multi-point control are adopted. The air control system can realize starting, throttle control, flameout and gearshift of two engines. The rig has new air resources generating and handling system, crown block saver, auxiliary brake, emergency brake and rotary table brake, ensuring reliability and safety of operation. The air control system of the rig has been used successfully on the air control part of a 3000m truck-mounted drilling rig.
