井液反向流分离收集防砂装置

摘要 研制的井液反向流分离收集防砂装置由本体、中心管、筛管、异形接头和油管接箍等组成。装置通过改变油井井筒内液体的流向,分离出油井井筒内大的砂粒和岩屑,使其下沉到口袋管柱内,待修井作业时取出;井筒内液体和细小砂子通过筛管进入抽油泵内举升到地面。这种装置在胜利油田10个采油厂100口井的现场应用表明,油井总产液量略有增加,油井平均检修作业周期延长80~100d;有效地减轻了抽油泵阀和衬套的磨损,提高了泵效,普遍见到好效果,达到了预期目的。 A downhole sand separating and collecting device is developed to solve the problems of separation and storage of oil well sand. The device is comprised of body, central pipe, liner, shaped sub and tubing collars. The device separates large sand particles and debris in the borehole by changing the flow direction of the well fluid, and the sand particles and debris separated then settle in the pocket string and will be taken out in well servicing. The fluid and fine sand in the borehole enter the subsurface pump through the liner and then lifted to the ground. Use of the device in Shengli Oilfield shows that, the wear of the pump valves and liners is reduced and the pump efficiency is improved, and the mean overhaul period of the well is extended remarkably.
