SC50/85数控五米立车是从罗马尼亚ARMUS公司订购的,其配置数控系统为西门子840C系统,该公司因故未完成整机安装,而其配置的数控系统资料不全。东方汽轮机厂依靠自己的技术将该机安装调试,并投入生产。经试加工,达到设计要求。文章介绍了机床状况,系统基本配置,各部分的功能及该机床的安装、调试、试加工过程与结果。
9C50/85 CNC five - meter vertical turning machine vvas imported firm ARMLB of Rcniania with NC system Siemens 840C. Due to some reasons, this company did not finish installation of this machine, and documents about NC system prodded to DongFang Works was not complete. In those circumstances, DongFang Works ccrnpleted installation and debuging of the machine fully by themselves, and put it into operations. After cutting tests, it was proved to meet the machine condition, system basic configuration, function of each component and process and results of machine installadon, debuging and cutting tests.
