摘要 应用自动控制发酵设备 ,对黄海黄杆菌 YS- 94 12 - 130碱性蛋白酶发酵动力学和工艺条件进行了研究。从基本的动力学概念和方程出发 ,通过分批发酵试验摸索了黄海黄杆菌 YS- 94 12 - 130生长与代谢的基本规律 ,证明了发酵过程中低温碱性蛋白酶的形成为生长部分关联型。采用补料分批培养方法限制生长基质浓度 ,确定其一系列参数值 。 With autocontrol fermentation equipment, the kinetic model and the technology of low temperature alkaline protease fermentation and metabolism of Flavobacterium YS 9412 130 were studied. Based on kinetic concept and equation,the basic law of the growth and metabolism of Flavobacterium YS 9412 130 was researched with batch fermentation test.The data showed that the fermentation type was one partially related to the growth. A series of parameter values were obtained by controlling the concentration of the growth limiting substrate with the fed batch culture.Thereby, the kinetic mathematical model was derived to describe the relationship between cell growth rate and product synthesis rate.
