临沂市农业与农村可持续发展探讨

A DISCUSSION ON AGRICULTURE AND RURAL AREA SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN LINYI CITY

根据临沂市自然条件与社会经济发展的实际情况 ,提出了临沂市农业与农村实施可持续发展战略的措施 :保护和改善生态环境 ,保持农业自然资源的可持续利用 ;强化农业基础设施和综合服务体系建设 ;优化农业结构 ,着力发展生态效益型农业 ;大力培植农村主导产业 ,加快农业产业化进程 ;强化宏观调控力度 ,加强对农业的支持与保护 ;大力发展乡镇企业 ,推进农村城镇化建设 ;控制人口增长 ,提高人口素质。

According to the natural and cultural condition of Linyi, this paper proposes some measures for implementing agricultural and rural sustainable development strategy of Linyi as follows:protecting and improving the ecological environment, maintaining the sustainable utilzation of the natural resources for agriculture; reinforcing the infrastructure and synthetic serving system of agriculture; optimizing the agricultural structure, developing ecological and beneficial agriculture energetically; taking main effort to cultivate dominant industry of rural areas, speeding up the proceeding of the agricultural industrialization; strengthening the macroscopic regulation and control, reinforcing the support and protection for macroscopic regulation and control, reinforcing the support and protection for the agriculture; developing the rural industry energetically, improving the urbanization of rural areas; controlling the number and raising the quality of the rural population.
