摘要
在 p H为 6.86介质中 ,溴百里酚蓝与盐酸麻黄碱以 4∶ 1质量比结合生成有色络合物 ,在 4 1 0 nm处 ,盐酸麻黄碱含量在 1 .0× 1 0 -5~ 1 .8× 1 0 -4 kg内符合比耳定律 ,平均回收率为 99.4 8%。结果说明比色法测定误差小 ,准确率高 ,适用于盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定 ,最低检出限为 1 .0× 1 0
In the presence of pH=6.86 medium, brothymol blue and ephedrine hydrochloride, whose quality ratio is 4∶1, can form color complex. Beer's law is obeyed when the content of ephedrine hydrochloride is in the range of 1.0×10\+\{-5\}~1.8×1.0\+\{-4\} kg at 410 nm. The average recovery rate is 99.48%. The results show that its error is little and degree of preciseness is high. The method can be applied to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and the lowest detecting limit is 1.0×10\+\{-5\} kg.
