摘要
在2L高压间歇式反应釜中,以苯酚为吸附质,系统试验了活性炭湿式氧化再生过程中主要影响因素对再生效率的影响,如再生温度、时间、压力等,讨论了其规律性及各主要影响因素之间的相互影响;考察了饱和炭多次循环再生的可行性,并对活性炭结构在湿式氧化过程中的变化情况进行了研究。实验结果表明,最佳再生条件为:再生温度230℃,再生时间1h,充氧(以压力计)Po2 0.6MPa,加炭量15g,加水量300mL,此时再生效率达到45%±5%。经5次循环再生,再生效率仅下降3%,而活性炭表面微孔的部分轻度氧化是主要影响因素。
Highly efficient regeneration of spent activated carbon is an important precondition for realizing reclamation and reuse, This paper presented a study on the regeneration of loaded phenol activated carbon by Wet Air Oxidation (WAO), and the experiment was performed in a 2 liter-kettle under high pressure and temperature. During regeneration process,influence of parameters on regeneration efficiency, such as temperature, pressure, time, water volume and activated carbon quantity has been investigated, the synergism between some parameters was discussed and the feasibility of multiple regeneration for spent activated carbon was probed. The result showed that a regeneration efficiency of 45%±5% could be obtained under the optimal condition, viz. 230℃, Ih, Po20.6MPa, 15g of activated carbon, 300ml of water, and that the regeneration efficiency only decreased about 3% by 5 times of regeneration.
