This paper introduces how to make inspection tools to measure directly the run out of supporting surface of high strength bolt to screw thread center,and thus solves the difficulty puzzled for a long time--there is no way to inspect directly if the bolt supporting surface to screw thread center meet the requirements of shape and location.
