摘要
本文分析了柴油机喷油泵柱塞穴蚀的形成及发展机理;简要介绍了目前防止柱塞穴蚀的各种方法;提出了基于回避、转移穴蚀思想的避蚀坑设计方法,并介绍了其应用实例。
The mechanism of cavitation formation and development in diesel fuel injection pump plunger is analysed; Various ways to protect plunger against cavitation are outlined; A 'cavitation avoiding pocket' design is suggested, based on cavitation evasion and transfer concept conceived, and an example of such design applied is given.
