In this article we will review in the internet age the electric power corporation have yet to find its or-ganization structure to match to demand of consumer. So we are confronting China electric power market whose economy will being transform by the WTO. It is important that division of electric power distributive corporation. It will responses to rapid rise in power load and the size of the electric power network which spring up to economic develop it.
