Significance of the Research and Exploration of Natural Gas-Hydrate

天然气水合物是近年来才引起世界各国广泛注意的一种新型能源。由于这种资源在全球分布极广,而且数量巨大,已被科技界列为常规油气资源的可替代性资源。因其绝大部分出现于海洋中,给研究与开采工作带来很大的困难,然而,一些工业发达国家率先开始了这方面的探索工作。本文依据国外有关资料,对目前世界上天然气水合物研究工作的现状与进展进行了揭示和分析,并阐述了开展本项目的重要性。

In recent years, natural gas hydrate is regarded as a kind of new energy resources that attract attention of all countries in the world. Because this kind of energy resources is widely spread and numerous in reserves in the world, it is ranked as a kind of energy resources that can replace conventional oil gas resources by scientific and technological circles. But most of them lie in the ocean, it is difficult to conduct research and exploration work. The most important thing is that we will face the severe situation that the oil gas resources will be used up in the near future. Many advanced industry countries take the lead in beginning with the exploring work for it. According to the concerned references at home and abroad, the present situation and development of the research work about natural gas hydrates in the world are discovered and analyzed, and the importance of developing the item is also discussed.
