摘要
分 3个不同负荷采用正交试验设计法设置调整工况 ,并安排了调整工况试验前后的习惯运行方式试验及优化工况试验。对锅炉测试效率进行了环境温度、给水温度及煤种修正 ,得到锅炉毛效率。全面考虑了锅炉辅机电耗和锅炉主、再热蒸汽温度对机组经济性的影响 ,提出了锅炉综合效率这一概念。通过试验 ,提高锅炉运行的经济性和安全性 ,降低了锅炉 NOx 排放量 ,锅炉综合效率平均提高 2 .2 9% ,炉内燃烧区炉膛温度平均提高 2 8°C,NOx 排放量平均降低 2 1 3mg/ m3,为锅炉安全经济运行提供参考。表 8参
This paper adopts orthogonal experiment design method to arrange adjustment operating mode tests under three different electric loads. Usual and optimum operating mode tests are arranged before ad after the adjustment operatingmode tests. Boiler gross efficiency is obtained after corrections of environment temperature, feedwater temperature and coal quality to boiler test efficiency. This paper puts forward the conception boiler integrated efficiency, considering the influence of not only boiler auxiliary equipments' electrc loss, but also boiler main steam and reheat steam temperature to power unit's economics. The experiment increases the economics and safety of boiler operation, in the meantime decreases the boiler NO x emission. Boiler integrated efficiency is increased by 2.29% on average, mean furnace temperature of combustion area is increased by 28 °C , average NO x emission is decreased by 213mg/m 3. Table 8 and refs 4.
