根据组装件与整体件的不同 ,分析了组装件在高速旋转下的零件变形或加工误差 ,造成接触面不完全接触及受力不均 ,导致实际与理想状态下的应力分布有较大差异 ,尤其在应力集中处 ,有时会影响零件强度的安全性判断。计算反映了运行状态的实际情况 ,并经多次工程应用均安全可靠。图 4参
Combined rotors are different from one single piece. The stress distribution along the contact surfaces varies from the ideal conditions, due to the deformation of parts under high rotating speed and the process errors, the surfaces may not be in full contact and the load may not be evenly distributed. It happens especially in the area where stress concentrates. It affects the security evaluation of the parts strength. This calculation shows the actual process under operational condition. The validity and effectiveness of the this method have been proven by the many applications in engineering. Figs 4 and refs 5.
