摘要
研究了乳化燃油特性对柴油机喷雾、燃烧和排放的影响。研究结果表明 :在柴油机中 ,由于高压喷射的作用 ,喷射后乳化燃油中水粒子直径约为 0 .5μm,分布均匀 ,与喷射前乳化燃油中水粒子大小及分布无关。乳化燃油中 ,随水含量增大 ,NOx 排放近似呈线性关系下降 ,燃油耗和排温也下降 ,但是烟度和微粒排放随水含量的增加而上升 ;特别是在小负荷和高水添加率时 ,烟度和微粒排放增加较快。此外 ,研究了燃烧乳化燃油时 ,柴油机的运转参数对柴油机性能和排放的影响。
This paper investigates the characters of water emulsified fuel and their effect on fuel spray,combustion and emissions in a diesel engine.The results show that the diameters of water drops in emulsions after injection are small,uniform (approximately 0.5 μm) and irrelative to the size of water drops before injection.The NO x emission?specific fuel consumption and exhaust temperature decrease with the increase of water in emulsions,but the soot and PM emissions increase when emulsions contain excessive water and on low engine load.The effects on engine performance and emissions of running parameters are also discussed.
