摘要
阐述了我国水资源状况和水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题 ,提出了利用价格调节水资源的供需矛盾 ,实行水资源统一管理和优化配置 ,依靠科技发展旱作农业和节水农业 ,实施南水北调工程 ,加强水环境综合治理等 5条对策。
The authors elucidate the conditions water resource, the present situation and the main problems exist in the development and utilization of water resource in China. They have proposed the following 5 measures to deal with these problems. Resolving the contradictions between supply and demand of water by adopting price leverage. Unified management and optimized allocation of water resource. Developing dry farming and water saving agriculture by relying on scien tech development. Carrying out the project to divert water from the Yangtze River to north China. Strengthening the comprehensive management of water environment.
