摘要
农业是西部地区的基础产业，也是导致西部生态环境日 趋恶化的根源之一，农业生态环境问题已经演变为社会与经济发展的重大瓶颈。本文系统分 析了西部农业与生态环境之间的相互作用关系，阐述了西部生态农业建设的若干战略重点， 提出了加速西部生态农业建设的重点技术领域，并论述了相关的政策措施。
Agriculture is not only the infrastructure industry, but also one of the causes that induce the deterioration of ecological environment in western China. Nowadays, the agro-ecological environment problems have been becoming a bottleneck to socioeconomic development. This paper studied the int eraction systematically between agriculture and ecological environment, elaborated the strategies of eco-agriculture construction, put forward to the key techniqnes and the corresponding policies for accelerating eco-agriculture development.
