摘要
本研究根据加碘芝麻油颜色深 ,碘含量低这一特点 ,通过对样品进行碱灰化处理 ,采用离子选择电极法对碘含量进行测定。其变异系数为 2 8% (n =5 ) ,加标回收率在92 0 %～ 10 0 6 %之间 。
According to the characteristics of iodized sesame oil being of heavy colour and low iodine content,used a process of its alkli-ashing,iodine content was determined with ion selective electrode.The cofficient of variation is 2 8%(n=5) and the recovery ratio is in the range of 92 0% to 100 6%.Therefore the method can well satisfy the need of practical determination.
