摘要
本试验以法国膨润土为对照,研究了国产ZGB-3型膨润土对葡萄汁的澄清效果以及对葡萄酒中的铜、蛋白质和色素的稳定作用。结果表明,ZGB-3型膨润土在以上各方面均能获得与法国膨润土相同的效果,仅仅其沉淀物的体积比例略高于法国膨润土。
The effects of the Chinese bentonite for the must clarification and for the stabilization of copper ion, protein and color of wine were studied, in comparison with those of the French bentonite. The results showed that the Chinese bentonits has the same effects as the French one, but the volume percentage of the deposits is a little higher in the case of the ZGB-3.
