Studies on the chemical constituents of Callicarpa bodinieri (Ⅱ)

目的 研究紫珠叶的化学成分。方法 利用柱层析色谱法进行分离 ,通过理化性质和IR ,NMR及MS光谱分析法确定结构。结果 分得 4个三萜类化合物 ,分别为 :2α ,3α ,2 4 三羟基 12 烯 2 8 齐墩果酸 (Ⅰ ) ,2α ,3α ,19 三羟基 12 烯 2 8 乌索酸 (Ⅱ ) ,2α ,3α 二羟基 12 烯 2 8 乌索酸 (Ⅲ )、2α ,3β 二羟基 12 烯 2 8α乌索酸 (Ⅳ )。 结论 4个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到 ,其中化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ 。

OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of Callicarpa bodinieri Levl.METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel.Their structures were identified by their physical,chemical and IR,UV,MS spectral data.RESULTS Four compounds were elucidated as 2α,3α,24 trihydroxyolean 12 en 28 oic acid(Ⅰ),2α,3α,19 trihydroxyurs 12 en 28 oic acid(Ⅱ),2α,3α dihydroxyurs 12 en 28 oic acid(Ⅲ),2α,3β dihydroxyurs 12 en 28 oic acid(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time;Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from the Callicarpa genus for the first time.
