摘要
采用间接免疫荧光染色法 ,应用流式细胞术检测 35例标本中巢蛋白的含量。其中正常脑组织 3例 , 级 7例 , 级 9例 , 级 7例 , 级 6例 ,瘤周围组织 3例。结果显示 :巢蛋白的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关 ,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、瘤体大小等因素无关 ,瘤周围组织巢蛋白的含量介于肿瘤组织与正常脑组织之间。
To investigate expression of nestin in human glioma and its clinical significance, we detected content of nestin in 35 cases by using indirect immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometry. There were 3 cases from normal brain tissue,7 cases from glioma in grade Ⅰ,9 cases from glioma in grade Ⅱ,7 cases from glioma in gradeⅢ,6 cases from glioma in grade Ⅳ and 3 cases from nonneoplastic tissue surrounding glioma. The results showed that expression of nestin closely correlated with the degree of malignancy within the glioma group,it had nothing to do with sex,age,position and size in glioma.In addition,the content of nestin in nonneoplastic tissue surrounding glioma mediated between glioma tissue and normal brain tissue. We consider that expression of nestin has and important value in clinical diagnosis of glioma.
