摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定金糖宁胶囊中派可林酸的含量。色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ;以乙腈 -二甲基甲酰胺 -0 .0 2 5 mol·L- 1醋酸钠溶液 ( 2 1:0 .5 :79)为流动相 ;检测波长设定为 390 nm。通过方法学考察 ,派可林酸在 0 .0 4～ 0 .5 mg范围内具有良好的线性关系。测得平均回收率为 97.5 8% ,RSD=2 .2 3%。此方法可靠 ,数据准确。
A method for determination of pipecolic acid in jintangning catsule by HPLC was reperted.The Hypersil ODS 2 5U columnwas useded with a mobile phase of CII 3CN (CII 3) 2NCOII 0.025mol·L -1 CH 3COONa solution(21:0.5:79) and the detection wavelength was 390nm.The calibration curves was linear in the concentration range of 0.04～0.05mg.The average recovery was 97.58% and RSD was 2.23%.The method is reliable,accurate and reproducible.
