摘要
采用 YWG-C1 8( 2 0 0 mm× 4.6 mm) 0 .5 μm不锈钢柱 ,以 1%甲酸铵 -甲醇 ( 5 0∶ 5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 344nm。结果 :美洛昔康平均回收率10 2 .0 % ,RSD=1.0 % ( n=5 ) ,说明本法具有灵敏。
YWG C 18 (200mm×4 6mm,0 5μm)was packed in the analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of 1% ammonium formate methanol(50:50).The UV detection wavelength was 344nm.The average recovery of Meloxicam was 102.0%with RSD 1.0%(n=5).This method was found to be sensitive and characteristic.
