摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定胸腺因子 D注射液的含量 ,具有操作简便、时间短、重现性好、样品不需处理等优点。平均回收率 :10 1.95 % ,RSD为 0 .71%
The content of the thymic factor D Injection was determined by ultravioler spectrophoto metry. The results showed that the method was simpler rapid, accurate and easier. The average recovery rates and relative standard deviation were 101 95% and 0 71% respectively.
