高效液相色谱法测定注射用通脉酯的含量

Determination of Propyl gallate for Injection by HPLC

目的 采用高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸丙酯的含量。 方法 采用LiChrospherC18色谱柱，甲醇-水(55∶45用磷酸调pH为3.0)为流动相，对羟基苯甲酸乙脂为内标物，紫外检测波长275nm测定。结果 回归方程为Y＝0.03144X-0.00194，r＝0.9999，加样回收率平均值为100.3%，RSD＝0.43%。结论 本法简便、快速，重现性及精密度好。

Objective: To determination the content of Propyl gallate by HPLC. Method: The Chro matograph.c condition were as follows. LiChrospherC18 column(125mm×4mm，5μm)；methanol water(55∶45 ajusted to pH＝3 with phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase; ethyl p- hydroxybenzoate as the interal standard substance and UV detector at 275nm. Results: The calibration equation was Y＝0.03144X-0.00194，f＝0.9999. The average recoveries were 100.3%,RSD＝0.43%. Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate, good reproducibility and sensitivity.
