摘要
分别以高密度聚乙烯和普通水、高密度聚乙烯和脱气软化水的超声分离作为研究体系,针对利用超声波分离流动液体中粒子的效果进行了实验研究。探索了超声波输入电功率液体流量以及超声波作用时间对微粒分离效果的影响。实验结果表明,超声波对不同含气量液体中微粒分离均有效果。
A method of ultrasonic separation of particles from flow fluid has been developed.Sus-pensions of high-density polyethylene particles(HDPE)in distilled water and suspensions of HDPE par-ticles in fresh water under the imposition of ultrasound were experimentally investigated.Effects of wa-ter flow rate,time of ultrasound and electric power input on total removal efficiency and floatation ef-ficiency were presented and analyzed.Results of experiments show that effects of ultrasound field on particle separation from flow fluid with different amount of gas are all obvious,and mechanism of the process should be further investigated.
