20世纪末 ,企业面临的是激烈的全球市场竞争。在以快交货 (T)、高质量 (Q)、低成本 (C)和重环保 (E)去争取更大市场分额的市场竞争中 ,缩短交货期 ,乃至快响应市场需求 ,成为竞争的第一要素。本文研究CAD/CAPP/PPC的集成 ,来达到快响应市场的目标。文章针对其提出了多种策略 :应用多种先进制造技术 ,进行功能重组和信息重组。
At the end of 20 th century, all businesses are faced with intense market competition. CIM is proposed adapting to this present compete situation, which is RIMS(rapid integrated manufacturing system), In order to realize the 'rapid' strategy, some advanced technologies are discussed and used, such as concurrent engineering, function integration, re engineering, and so on.
