摘要 对于网络服务提供者来说,由IPv4向IPv6过渡是一个极其复杂、成本很高的过程。因此,他们需要一个充分的理由和一套适当的过渡方案,然后才可能会考虑采用IPv6。文章列出了一些过渡到IPv6的理由,并针对Internet业务提供者(ISP)的主要需求提出了一个过渡解决方案框架。 Transition from IPv4to IPv6is a very complex and costly pro-cess for network service providers,therefore,they need a sufficient reason and a set of appropriate transition so lu-tions before adoption of IPv6.Some reasons of tran sition to IPv6are listed in this article,then a practical transition Solcotion fvamework in view of ISP s main demands is pre sent ed.
