神农架红豆杉叶中紫杉烷类化合物的结构鉴定

Structure Identification of Taxane Compounds in Taxus Leaves From Shenlongjia

目的 :研究红豆杉叶中的化学成分 ,探讨紫杉醇药源新途径。方法 :采用HPLC、NMR、IR、MS等方法 ,对红豆杉叶醇浸膏中分离精制所得的部分化合物进行结构鉴定。结果和结论 :经分析、对照 ,确定了三个化合物的结构 ,它们分别是 :紫杉醇、紫杉醇前体物浆果赤霉素Ⅲ和浆果赤霉素Ⅵ。

Objective To study the constituents of Taxus Leave and search for a new path of Taxol drug source.Methods The compounds were isolated by HPLC.Their structures were identified by IR,MS,NMR spectral respectively.Results and Conclusion Three compounds were elucidated as:Taxol,Baccatin Ⅲ and Baccatin Ⅵ.
