摘要
根据 1 997年 1 0月和 1 998年 5月 2次围隔生态系实验中获得的叶绿素 a资料 ,分析了在富磷围隔实验中不同粒径叶绿素 a的变化及各自所占的百分比以及油污染对叶绿素 a变化的影响。实验结果表明 :在 P- meso中 ,1 0月份 Chl- a的含量每天以 1 0~ 1 6 μg/L的速度呈指数生长 ,最高达到 74.89μg/L;大于 2 0μm的大型浮游植物是浮游植物总生物量的主要贡献者。5月份 Chl- a含量在加磷后增长的速度每天为 3~ 8μg/L,较 1 0月份慢 ;2~ 2 0 μm和 GF/F~
Based on the Chl-a data collected in two mesocosm ecosystem experiments in the Changjiang River mouth area in October, 1997 and May, 1998, the variances in chlorophyll-a with different size fractions and their respective percentages and the effects of oil pollutant on the variances in chl-a in the rich phosphate mesocosm experiment were analysed. It is shown from the experimental results that the chlorophyll-a content in P-meso in October, 1997 increased exponentially at a speed of 10~16 μg/L per day with a maximum of 74.89 μg/L,and the macrophytoplankton with a grain size greater than 20 μm was the main contributor to total phytoplankton biomass; the chlorophyll-a content in P-meso in May, 1998 increased at a speed of 3~8 μg/L per day, which is lower than that in October, 1997, and the microphytoplankton with a grain size of 2~20 μm or GF/F~2 μm was the main contributor to total phytoplankton biomass.
