Economic globalization has exerted a profound influence on economic space pattern in the world. As a realized formation of the globalization on the present stage, regional integration has a very important guide significance on the industrial spatial distribution and strategic adjustment of the regional development in the east, middle and west of China, especially on the open-door and development in the middle and west of China; participating in the division of labor and co-operation; promoting the economic coordinated development in the east, middle and west of China.
