滨州市位于山东省北部的黄河三角洲冲积平原,北临渤海,南接鲁中丘陵,境内地势平坦,资源丰富,是山东半岛与京、津、塘经济发达地区的连接带。 然而,就是这样的一个鲁北重镇,在山东省,经济状况仍属于欠发达。经济欠发达使滨州的交通事业一直处于落后状态,一代代的滨州人在“越穷越修不起路,越修不起路就越封闭,越封闭就越穷”的怪圈中徘徊不前,偏僻的农村在泥泞中渴望通路,陈旧的交通设施盼望更新。

Binzhou City is located on the alluvial plain of the Yellow River Delta in northern Shandong. Abounding in natural resources, Binzhou is the interconnecting area between Shandong Peninsula and the developed Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu area.Overlooking the vast land of Binzhou, one can find that the densely distributed highways become an accelerator for Binzhou's economic development.
