摘要
本文在文献资料、调查访问的基础上,通过观察和测定部分学校体育课的运动量,试图为我省目前中专体育课的运动量作一分析评估,供以后学校体育教学作参考。
Based on relevant documents and surve ys,and the observation and measurem ent of students' intensity of exercise in a class of sp orts in some technical schools,this article attempts to make an ap-praisal of the data,which may help to implement physical education in sch ool.
