摘要
分别以固体超强酸SO42 - /Fe2 O3 和强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,草酸和异戊醇为原料合成了草酸二异戊酯 ,并通过正交试验筛选出各自的最佳工艺条件。原料配比 (酸 /醇 )分别为 1∶4.4和 1∶3.2 ,催化剂用量分别为1.0 %和 5 .0 % ,反应时间各为 4h ,两者的产品收率依次为 96 .5 %和 88.5 %。在柴油中加入合成的草酸二异戊脂1% ,即可提高十六烷值 4个单位 ,表明固体酸SO42 - /Fe2 O3
By using the superacid SO 2- 4/Fe 2O 3 and strong acidic cation resin as catalysts,respectively,diisopentyl oxalate was prepared with oxalic acid and isopentyl alcohol.Each optimal conditions were found by orthogonal experiments,i.e, the material ratio(acid/alcohol) 1:4.4 and 1:3.2,catalyst content 1.0% and 5.0% and both reaction time of 4 hours,while the yields of product are 96.5% and 88.5%,respectively.
