摘要
开发出白油磺化精制过程清洁生产工艺 ,使用两种价廉易得、无味无毒物质 ,与酸渣发生强烈化学反应 ,得到应用广泛的道路沥青和建筑石膏产品 ,过程形成闭合工艺路线 ,达到零排放要求 。
A clean production process for white oil sulfuric acid refining was developed.Both widely used asphalt and gypsum in building engineering were obtained via strong reaction of two cheap and non poisonous additives with acid sludge.A closed loop process was formed and zero discharge and comprehensive utilization of acid sludge also realized.
