摘要
选择十一种原油,研究常减压蒸馏装置能耗与拔出率的关系,导出 能耗与原油蒸馏拔出率的关联式,建立一套原油蒸馏能耗的预测方法。研究结果表明,以“ 热量平衡法”为计算基准的蒸馏单位能耗与总拔出率的线性关联性较差;以“窄点约束法” 为计算基准的蒸馏单位总能耗与总拔出率的线性关联性、常压单位能耗与常压拔出率的关联 性、减压单位能耗与减压拔出率占总拔出率的比率的关联性均很好,公式可指导常减压蒸馏 装置的设计、改造和生产调优。
By selecting 11 kinds of crudes, correlations between energy consumption of atmospheric vacuum dis-tillation unit and the distillation yield of crude were deduced and a method to predict the energy consumption of the crude distillation unit established. The results showed that, the correlativity of the total unit energy consumption with the total yield of crude distillation is poor based on “heat balance method” . While the linear correlativity of total unit energy consumption with the total distillation yield, correlativities of unit energy consumption of atmospheric distilla-tion unit with the distillation yield and unit energy consumption of vacuum distillation unit with the ratio of vacuum distillation yield to the total distillation yield are very well based on “pinch limitation method”.
