摘要 目的 探讨电针治疗大鼠脊髓损伤 (spinalcordinjury ,SCI)血清对离体培养星形胶质细胞超微结构的影响。方法 采用针灸效应学体外实验方法对离体培养星形胶质细胞用透射电镜观察其超微结构的变化。结果 电针治疗组的星形胶质细胞其溶酶体较造模组少 ,而高尔基复合体、内质网、微管、微丝较造模组明显增多。结论 电针可减轻损伤对星形胶质细胞中溶酶体的刺激 。 Purpose: To observe the effects of the electroacupuncture(EA) on primary astrocyte (AS) cultures using the serum derived from rats spinal cord injury (SCl) model treated with EA. Methods: Morphological change of primary AS which treated with rats serum (derived from rats treated with EA) were observed by transmission electronic microscope(TEM). Results: Lysosomes in AS of the group EA were less than those in AS of the group control(with SCl and no treatment), and the Gorgi-complex, endoplasmic reticulum, microtubles, microfilaments in AS of the group EA were more compared with the group control. Conclusions: It is obvious that in TEM examination, EA could attenuate injuries on active astrocytes in which lysosomes increased, and it could have beneficial effects on the function of synthesis and secretion in astrocytes.
